UPDATE:
The Tao of Dragon Ball spoke to  Christopher Sabat (voice of Vegeta, Piccolo, Yamcha and various other roles) about FUNimation dubbing the new episodes.
He's quoted as saying
I’ve seen the article that the DBZ Kai Buu Arc has been announced in Japan and that’s great news. There’s still no word as to whether the dub is happening in the United States or not.

When it was pointed out that this is at odds with a statement from April, 2013, Sean Schemmel, the English voice of Goku for FUNimation an interview:
“I am about to finish the Buu sagafor DBZ Kai.”

Sabbat responded
Jokes aside, there is still no announcement about Kai in the United States. And I can confirm with you that the Buu Arc has not been recorded
